What is Fresh?
FRESH is LA's most exclusive fresh food delivery service.
Fresh is not just a diet; it is a complete dining
experience. Whether you are interested in weight loss,
weight management or you have a busy lifestyle and are
looking for a convenient, healthy way of eating, Fresh can
fulfill all your needs and help you achieve your goals.
FRESH also offers the Organic/All Natural Upgrade Program, which is
based on either diet and uses only the purest in organic/all natural
protein and produce.

How does it work?
As a FRESH client, you shall receive all of your freshly
prepared meals at your home or chosen location before 6 a.m.
daily.
What
results can I expect from Fresh?
Your results will depend on which program you choose and the
amount of commitment you decide to put into it. Remember,
you will have the benefit of your personal FRESH consultant
to help you along the way in order to reach and maintain
your goals.
Will I gain back the weight once the program is complete?
At FRESH, what you feed your body is a way of life. Eating
healthy leads to a happy emotional and physical well being,
which is the key to living. When you are finished or have
paused from your FRESH program, you will have the knowledge
to eat properly and maintain your weight loss with the right
commitment.
What is Fresh's Organic/All Natural Upgrade?
Fresh Dining offers an Organic/All Natural Upgrade for an additional $10
per day. The meals are prepared with selected prime ingredients* that are
one, or more, of the following: Organic, All Natural, "Never-Never", Wild
or Line Caught, and/or Free Range. The ingredients are selected by our chef
based on market availability. Our Organic/All Natural ingredients are
stored securely in a separate location from our regular ingredients and
prepared by designated personnel that are separate from our regular
kitchen staff.
* Upgraded bags do not consist exclusively of "All Natural", "Organic",
"Free Range", "Wild or Line Caught" and "Never-Never" ingredients. Select
ingredients only.
What if I have
no weight to lose?
The Fresh Start Diet is a balanced diet that has many
benefits to improve overall health. Some of the countless
benefits are increased energy, the promotion of lean muscle
mass and better mental clarity to name a few. If you choose,
FRESH can easily add an additional snack to your daily
program.
Should I speak to
my doctor?
Yes. Speak to your doctor and find out what diet plan works
best for you. You can then work with your FRESH consultant
to personalize your program.

What if I have
diabetes?
The FRESH Start Diet helps people with diabetes because it
lowers elevated insulin levels. This program is safe and
very beneficial for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. By sticking
to the program, you could greatly reduce your insulin dosage
and lead a healthier life.
What if I have
high cholesterol?
High cholesterol is a result of eating foods high in
cholesterol. Fresh offers an alternative to foods high in
saturated fats and offers only lean proteins not the fatty
proteins usually associated with the Atkins Diet.
Should I eat all three meals and two snacks even if I’m not
hungry?
You should most definitely eat all meals and snacks. Healthy
eating is all about hormonal responses to food. The balance
will shift if you do not eat everything that's provided in
your program, which could lead to adverse effects. At FRESH
we calculate your daily nutritional requirements, so that
you don’t have to. So all we ask is for you to eat & enjoy!
What should I drink?
Water, Water, Water! You should drink at least eight glasses
of water a day even if you are not on our FRESH program. Be
sure to drink one eight ounce glass of water before each
meal. Try to limit coffee to one cup if possible. Caffeine
and artificial sweeteners can have a negative effect on your
insulin levels; therefore, it is best to keep them at a
minimum.
Can I drink alcohol?
You can have alcohol but remember to drink in moderation.
For example, you can replace one snack with a glass of wine.
In addition, combine it with some protein such as low-fat
cheese. Remember that alcohol is high in sugar content which
increases insulin levels. This in turn can sabotage your
weight loss.

What if I need to take time off?
Contact your FRESH Consultant 72 hours before the day you
need to leave. The program will be temporarily suspended for those days, and the extra days will then be added to the end
date of your program. For example, if you need to take the
weekend off, please call before noon on Wednesday. You can
then return to your FRESH program at any time. The suspension is not considered as cancellation.
What if I am allergic or dislike a particular food?
If you have any food allergies or dislikes to certain foods,
your FRESH consultant will design and personalize your
program to your preferences. Please be sure to take the
opportunity to let us know what your needs are, so that we
may design a program specifically for you.
Should
I eat a snack before working out?
Most definitely! Eating a snack 30 to 45 minutes before your
workout will ensure that you are balancing the hormonal
benefits in your body, which in turn burns body fat.
Should I take
supplements?
FRESH meals promote the proper amount of vitamins and
minerals, although we do recommend Omega-3 Fish Oil as a
wonderful source of health-promoting omega 3 fatty acids.
Always be sure to consult your physician if you have any
further questions.
What if I go out to
dinner?
It’s simple, just skip the appropriate meal from your daily
delivery and be sure to order a diet favorable meal at the
restaurant.

areas do you currently deliver to?
Los Angeles, Orange Counties, and parts of Ventura and San Bernardino County.
What is
the Fresh program delivered in?
Your program will be delivered in a gorgeous insulated bag,
that you carry anywhere.
What do I do with the empty bags and gel packs?
It’s simple; just leave your empty bag, including gel packs,
outside your door. If you should forget, just leave both
bags out the following evening. Unreturned bags will result
in a $25.00 service charge. Bags are tracked on an ongoing
basis.
How do I heat the food?
FRESH recommends for the best in enjoyment and presentation,
that you remove the food and place it on a plate before
microwaving it for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of
your microwave. If you don’t have the time or convenience to
do so, then we recommend that you remove the lid from the
microwavable container and heat for 2-3 minutes.
Do you have
a cancellation policy?
We require a 72-hour notice prior to cancellation and you
will be completely refunded for any unused portion.
How and when can I
start?
Call 818-847-1888 and you can start within 48-72 hours.
Generally male will receive about 1,800 - 2,000 calories/day and female will receive about 1,200 - 1,400 calories/day. Calorie intake may vary with people who are pregnant or on physical training program. Please contact our Customer Services for details.
