Hourglass® Body Type Problem Areas and Characteristics:
Noticeable difference between the size of the chest, waist, and hips. Tendency to be a bit slimmer in the waist. Hourglasses® tend to look lighter than their actual weight would indicate. Also, Hourglasses® tend to gain mass in the thighs and the back of the arms. Ruler® Body Type Problem Areas and Characteristics:
Relatively equal body proportions. Weight gain is more prevalent in the midsection/waist area. Rulers® do not bulk easily. Rulers® tend to have less hamstring flexibility than Hourglasses® or Spoons®. Rulers® have a tendency toward low back pain Cone® Body Type Problem Areas and Characteristics:
